Starbase is forging new ground in state-of-the-art technology within our 45,000 sq. ft. facility. Every detail has been carefully evaluated to create the most efficient, accurate mold making environment possible. Inprocess SPS and TQM programs commit our entire production staff to total customer satisfaction.

The Starbase equipment list is an impressive statement of our tooling capabilities. Since our inception in 1988, we have been committed to an ongoing equipment and modernization program. Beginning in our milling department, we have made a strong investment in CNC machining. We offer continuous path CNC jig grinders and a host of surface, cylindrical, and cutter grinders within our tolling and base fabrication departments. EDM machining is fully CNC controlled. And our assembly and finishing operations are meticulously performed to ensure years of trouble-free mold operation.
